Return any unworn standard-size jacket within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to the original payment method.

Made-to-measure fit promise

If a made-to-measure jacket does not fit as expected, we alter it or remake it free within 30 days of delivery.

How to return

Contact us with your order number. We send a prepaid return label within one business day. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of the jacket reaching us.

Lifetime repairs

Stitching and zip repairs are free for the life of the jacket. Shipping to us is covered for the first two years.
